nears the completion of its second deployment phase. Key aspects of the
second phase have been mentioned
before and recent developments with regard to Philadelphia's
cable broadband industry put wister.org in a very strategic position.
Comcast Cable announced that they will double upload bandwidth from 128
kbs to 256 kbs. This large increase will not only allow the various front
pages to be viewed more quickly, but Revolution
at the Polls and Operation Emperor will also load much faster.
